Endnote Advanced (via Collaborate) Online

EndNote Advanced goes beyond learning how to add references to your EndNote library and looks at other functionalities of the EndNote program, like using EndNote Online, syncing and sharing EndNote Libraries, and EndNote Click. You will be able to ask advanced questions to the librarians during this longer EndNote class, and troubleshoot issues with your EndNote Libraries.

Please note - this class isn't intended for beginning users of EndNote, and if this is you, you would be best to join an EndNote Essentials class. They are run monthly in the first week. Check out the schedule here: libcal.cdu.edu.au/

If you have a headset for your computer – headphones and microphone - that’s great. Check that all is working ok by running the Audio Wizard before the class begins. No headphones or microphone...you can hear through your computer speakers (turn up your volume) and you will ‘speak’ by texting us via chat.  You’ll still be in the room and will ‘see’ us all. Many computers also have built-in microphones.

If your sound is breaking up, it may mean you have problems with internet download speed in your area, so stay in the room, and make a free-call to hear the class on the phone.  At the same time, because you’re in the room, you’ll see what’s happening.  If that’s the case, the free-call number is 1800 559 347, then follow the prompts once your call has been answered.
You can also email learnlinesupport@cdu.edu.au.

The session will be archived and the link to the recording will be sent after the workshop, and further information about EndNote can be found at the EndNote subject guide: http://libguides.cdu.edu.au/endnote

If you have any questions prior to the workshop please email askthelibrary@cdu.edu.au
