English-4-Uni In-Person
A series of workshops on the language skills and competencies needed to navigate university-level discourse effectively.
It will review the kind of formal, academic style and tone required for many written and spoken tasks in higher education. There will be a minor coverage of basic citations, quotations, and paraphrases. There will also be a focus on some of the language and delivery techniques useful for oral presentations at university.
