Ethical AI in the Faculty of Health — Beyond Detection: Designing Ethical and Inclusive Assessments in the AI Era (Session 2, Face-to-face) In-Person
As generative AI reshapes what students can produce and how they learn, educators face new questions: What does authentic learning look like now? How do we uphold fairness and inclusion across increasingly diverse classrooms and digital divides? And how do we engage students as partners in navigating these challenges?
This interactive workshop invites teaching staff to critically reflect on academic integrity, equitable access to AI, and assessment practices. Through research-informed input, real student perspectives, and hands-on activities, we’ll explore ways to design assessments that are meaningful, ethical, and aligned with the learning outcomes we value most.
